What you will do
【ポジション概要】
カスタマー・コラボレーション・スーパーバイザーは、各国のサプライチェーン・デリバーの一員として、主要顧客とのエンゲージメントおよびコラボレーション施策の推進を担当します。顧客の声(Voice of Customer)や業界ベンチマークを活用し、様々な顧客タイプに合わせたコラボレーション施策を展開します。営業部門やサプライチェーン、IT、その他ローカルチームおよびリージョンチームと密接に連携し、顧客との強固な関係構築、コラボレーション強化、顧客ニーズと事業目標に沿った施策推進を担います。戦略的思考と全体視点、他者を巻き込むリーダーシップが求められます。サプライチェーンプロセスへの理解、優れたコミュニケーション力、課題解決への積極的な姿勢が必要です。顧客のサプライチェーンニーズに応え、正確かつ迅速な受注対応の窓口となります。
