You will support and drive the customer collaboration agenda for your market or set of customers. You improve value and service to customers and increase supply chain efficiency while offering accountability and transparency into customer performance.
How you will contribute
You will:
Deliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chain improvement initiatives. Establish solid and strategic relationships with customers to achieve long-term cooperation and business partnerships.
Focus on account or channel-specific initiatives in efficient replenishment and availability while driving the implementation of joint value creation initiativesidentifiedthrough customer collaboration.
Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and collaboration among stakeholders: sales,logisticsoperations, demand planning, product supply, and external partners.
Establish Advantage Survey Action Planningin accordance withMondelez standards.
Contribute tologisticsefficiency (Gross Project Productivity targets) by supporting the optimization oflogisticsprocesses.
Analyze,reportand support necessary improvements in Route to market area (drop size, case pick, OTIF).
