Brindar apoyo operativo en la atención y seguimiento a empresas de montaje para los distintos eventos, colaborando con el área de Customer Experience para asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos, requisitos documentales y atención oportuna a solicitudes relacionadas con montaje y operación.
La posición será responsable del seguimiento administrativo y operativo con empresas de montaje, así como del soporte en líneas de atención Helpline para canalización y seguimiento de solicitudes relacionadas con la operación de expositores y proveedores.
Asimismo, contribuirá a mantener control y seguimiento de documentación, validaciones y procesos necesarios para la correcta ejecución operativa de los eventos.
Dar seguimiento a empresas de montaje respecto a procesos y requerimientos operativos.
Revisar y validar documentación requerida para montaje y operación.
Brindar atención y seguimiento a solicitudes recibidas mediante líneas Helpline.
Canalizar requerimientos con las áreas correspondientes.
Dar seguimiento a pendientes administrativos relacionados con montaje.
Apoyar en actualización y control de reportes operativos.
Colaborar con Customer Experience Leaders para asegurar continuidad operativa durante preparación y ejecución de eventos.
Apoyar en seguimiento operativo con expositores y proveedores cuando sea requerido.
