As part of the Customer Centricity, Insights & Research team, you’ll play a vital role in advancing this movement. By truly integrating internal customer data with external research, you will help to craft delightful experiences that customers have with AIA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of high‑quality customer research and insights by applying sound research methodologies, analysis, and storytelling to inform business decisions and drive customer-centric actions.

Research Delivery & Execution

  • Support the end‑to‑end execution of customer and market research projects (quantitative and qualitative), including study design, fieldwork coordination, analysis and reporting.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to translate business questions into clear research objectives and recommended methodologies.

  • Manage research logistics with internal partners and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyse research data to identify key insights, trends and implications for different business contexts (e.g. growth, CX, proposition, brand).

  • Synthesise findings into clear, structured outputs with practical implications for decision‑making.

  • Support integration of external research with internal data sources (e.g. VOC, segmentation, behavioural data) to strengthen insight robustness.

Stakeholder Support & Insight Communication

  • Prepare research readouts, slide decks and summaries tailored to different stakeholder groups.

  • Support senior team members in presenting insights and recommendations to business teams.

  • Respond to ad‑hoc insight requests and help build a culture of insight‑driven decision‑making.

Team & Capability Support

  • Contribute to maintaining research standards, templates and best practices within the team.

  • Support knowledge management (e.g. organising reports, insight repositories).

  • Stay up to date on research tools, techniques and market trends to continuously improve research quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Strong customer-centric mindset.

  • Solid grounding in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

  • Clear and structured communication skills, especially in slide writing and storytelling.

  • Good project management and organisational skills.

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Proficiency in common analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint; SQL/Python/R an advantage but not mandatory).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Can work with ambiguity and manage change effectively.
