About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

  • Support the team with back-office tasks, such as processing data
  • Communicate with customers and banks via phone and email
  • Work on topics such as cards and card-related services, e.g.: card blocking, contacting customers to block/unblock cards in case of fraud, transaction information, card statements.
  • Solve problems, follow company rules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with teams and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
