Leads within the country the implementation of category management strategies. This will focus on increasing Reckitt’s in store presence in our categories, strengthening our brands, optimizing product assortment, and promotional strategy.
The Customer & Category Marketing Manager plays a key role within the country marketing team, driving excellence in store (3D) execution across key customers/key accounts. The role will also focus on building expert knowledge in our key categories and sharing this with the customer in order to build long-term partnerships and increase profit and sales.
-Building long term partnership with the customer for category management projects.
-Responsible for the promotional strategy per customer and promotional execution (including trade budget management, range and space optimization)
-Responsible for the development of customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
-Develops country/customer 4P strategy and tactics in line with respective head of key accounts, and building on global 4P strategy
-Defines and manages the trade marketing budget
-Contributes to category marketing plans, with customer & category analysis and promotional strategy
-Lead and track execution KPIs at the point of sale, ensuring target achievement and driving corrective actions.
-Key contact for the Brand Marketing team with regards to all customer activity and execution
-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing and Key Accounts Management within Pharma industry.
-Educated to minimum bachelor's degree in a related field.
-Fluent in English and Portuguese.
-Data-driven decision-making with focus on performance and efficiency.
