Job Description

  • In all matters be a professional dormakaba representative and aim to create an outstanding customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding dormakaba products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Help customers with choice of products, create/distribute quotations, and place/follow up orders.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and handle claims or disputes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with questions related to warranty and contract entitlements, ensuring they understand their rights and benefits.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Dedicated customer base (C) - district/projects/OEM/Key account to support Sales, including KAM plan execution, to develop and increase sales.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

  • Education in dministration, sales, customer service or similar experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business and sales skills.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of all dormakaba’s product clusters.
  • A customer first mindset.
