The Mission

You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be the voice of Mercedes-Benz across three exciting domains:

• The Lifesaver (Roadside Assistance): When a driver is stranded, you’re the calm in the storm. You’ll coordinate breakdowns, manage recoveries, and ensure safety is always the top priority.
• The Tech Wizard (Connected Mobility): Help clients navigate the Mercedes Me App. From remote vehicle monitoring to activating digital services, you’re the bridge between the car and the cloud.
• The Luxury Ambassador (Customer Service): You’ll handle the high-end experience, managing everything from maintenance bookings to "goodwill" requests for our most discerning clients.

Requirements

Are You the One?

We aren't looking for a robot. We want a communicator who brings:

• Linguistic Flair: Fluent German (C1) and solid English (B2)
• Problem-Solving Power: You can multitask like a pro and navigate Android/iOS apps with ease.
• Empathy & Class: You know how to provide 5-star service to luxury clients, even when things get a little "engine-revvingly" intense.
• Bonus Points: A driver’s license or previous tech-support experience!
