Job Description


Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support aligned with defined KPIs and service standards

• Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and clarifying concerns

• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions using available tools and resources

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy

• Build rapport with customers while maintaining efficiency

• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services

• Accurately document customer interactions and update records as required

• Navigate systems to track, manage, and resolve customer inquiries

• Participate in initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and business performance

• Offer relevant products and/or services when appropriate

• Refer complex concerns to appropriate teams or senior staff as needed


Requirements


Qualifications:

• High school graduate (college level is a plus)

• With 3–6 months of customer service or related experience (preferred)

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized

• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-production environment

• Patient, professional, and customer-focused

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Open to shifting schedules as needed
