
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support in line with defined KPIs and service standards
Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and clarifying concerns
Deliver accurate and timely solutions using available tools and resources
Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy
Build rapport with customers while maintaining efficiency
Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
Accurately document customer interactions and update records
Navigate systems to track, manage, and resolve inquiries
Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and performance
Offer relevant products or services when appropriate
Qualifications:
High school graduate (college level is a plus)
With 3–6 months of customer service or related experience (preferred)
Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Patient, professional, and customer-focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Open to shifting schedules as needed
