Job Description


Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer support in line with defined KPIs and service standards


  • Identify customer needs by asking the right questions and clarifying concerns


  • Deliver accurate and timely solutions using available tools and resources


  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy


  • Build rapport with customers while maintaining efficiency


  • Maintain working knowledge of client products and services


  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records


  • Navigate systems to track, manage, and resolve inquiries


  • Support initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and performance


  • Offer relevant products or services when appropriate


Requirements


Qualifications:


  • High school graduate (college level is a plus)


  • With 3–6 months of customer service or related experience (preferred)


  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems


  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized


  • Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment


  • Patient, professional, and customer-focused


  • Able to work independently and as part of a team


  • Open to shifting schedules as needed
