Pay Rate $20/hour (approximately$40,000.00- $42,000.00 per year)

As a CustomerCareSpecialist for Redeemers Group,you’ll work directly with customers as the voice of our team. You willrepresentus by answering calls,settingservice and sales appointments, and following up with customers on various issues. This role will alsobe responsible formanaging a system thatmeetsour company’s schedulingobjectives.You’llensure both the customer experience and our team’s experienceareremarkable,from thatinitialphone callfor help until ourcrewsare leaving the jobsite. Butthat’snot all: you’llalso beimpactinghomeowner’slives by tactically supporting the team that will solve the most serious issues with their home. No specific construction experience is necessary;we’llprovide you with all the training and tools you need toexpertly and confidently do your work.

What we need from you:

• Experience and a proventrack-recordin the customer service field is preferred

• Experience in project scheduling preferred

• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.

• Ability to understand and communicate in Spanisha plus

• Skill in and ability tooperatea computer andassociatedtechnologicalprograms.

• Ability to detect, recognize and process information in written materials and on a computer screen 100% oftime.

• Ability to exert up to 10 lb. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of forcefrequentlyor constantly to move objects,maintaininga stationary position most of the time.
