Job Description

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences across all customer touchpoints. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and the organization, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and building lasting relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and account changes in accordance with company policies.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback and communicate insights to product and operations teams.
  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs including CSAT scores, first-call resolution rate, and average handle time.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and guide them through product or service features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multilingual proficiency (additional languages a plus), English is must to have.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and knowledge base tools.
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume contact center environment.
