YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialistto join our customer service team on apart-time andfixed-term contract covering parental leaveand high season In this role you will handle inquiries fromEdenred’scorporate customers, primarily by phone and email

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth, reliable service via phone and electronic channels during customer service opening hours

  • Deliver high quality, efficient customer service in line with set targets

  • Add value to our customer groups and encourage the use of self-service channels

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities according to targets

In this roleand as part of thecustomer careteamyouwill directly shape our customer experiences. Our mission is to buildwellbeingin Finnish working life through our services. You will greet every customer warmly, listen and assess their needs, and recommend the most suitable solutions with yourexpertise

YOUR PROFILE

You havepreviousexperience in customer service and can effortlessly communicate with both customers and colleagues, switching fluently between Finnish and English. You are a natural team player, eager to support your coworkers, andyou’renot afraid to ask questions or propose new and different ideas when you see opportunities for improvement.

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a strong customer-oriented mindset, are goal-driven, andmaintainan open, solution-focused attitude

  • Quickly learn and confidently use multiple systems in your daily work

  • Communicate clearly and fluently in both Finnish and English

  • Are proactive, flexible, and responsible, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

  • Build trust easily with customers and colleagues

  • Are comfortable working in a sometimes fast-paced environment

  • Are motivated to discover new ways to meet customer needs

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus

You will report to theHead of Customer Careand be part of our Customer Care team, while working closely with a diverse community of professionals across various teams in our small but dynamic organization.

EXPECTED START DATE

We will be reviewing applications during week 30and willfill the position as soon as the right candidate is found. More important than a certain starting date is to find the right person for the team.

OTHER DETAILS

This is afixed-term position coveringparental leave andhigh seasonuntil the end ofMarch2027This isapart-time position (40%), meaning you will work two days a week.Detailsregardingcompensation will be discussed during the interview process.
