We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with great enthusiasm for the event ticketing industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling requests through phone / live chat from customers and clients as well. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

More specifically, as (Customer / Client) Specialist, you will:

  • Provide support over email/Live chat (B2C, B2B)
  • Handle phone calls to create new online ticket reservations through our website
  • Handle issue, re-issue, refund requests for Event & Ferry Tickets (B2C)
  • Make outbound calls to troubleshoot Organizer issues
  • Be able to jungle between tasks and coordinate teams respectively
  • Handle small client – to -organizer issues from beginning to end
  • Provide feedback to CC Management & Account Management on process improvement and recommend changes.
  • Ensure & provide quality of service i.e., handle inquiries & complaints from customers/client in a friendly, yet professional manner

Requirements

  • 2-3 years proven working experience as a support consultant
  • Proven experience in a technical or implementation consulting role, with a focus on AI/machine learning solutions
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal & written
  • Knowledge of ForthCRS - Certus System
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking ability to deconstruct complex business challenges and design innovative AI solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
