Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Healthcare)

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

We are looking for a dynamic team member to fill the role of Customer Care Representative (contract). As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers with their needs.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns following established procedures.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Educate customers about company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service training preferred.
  • 3+ years customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy towards customers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly Pay Range: $20-25 per hour.

This Customer Care Representative position is based onsite in the Irvine office.
