Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support client and attendee experiences at live events, promotional campaigns, trade shows, and community events. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, answer questions, assist with event operations, and help ensure each event runs efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates effectively, and performs well in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, event attendees, and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions and event-related information.
- Assist with event registration, guest check-in, schedules, directions, and general event support.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and event activities.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with event coordinators and team members to support successful event operations.
- Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through email as needed.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for clients and event attendees.
- Represent client brands professionally while following company standards.
- Complete additional customer service and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, event support, or another customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
