Are you positive, driven and passionate about helping people?

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Growth Team - supporting customers through meaningful conversations that improve lives through better hearing.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working five days per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm, plus one shift per fortnight from 12:00pm to 8:00pm to support our New Zealand customer base.

The role offers a hybrid working environment. After completing the first three months of training and induction, you will be able to work from home one day per fortnight. Following the successful completion of your six-month probation period, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days per week.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Utilise unique tools and campaigns to attract new customers
  • Convert enquiries into appointments and ongoing care
  • Reconnect with lapsed customers
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality customer experiences
  • Achieve goals in a supportive, high-performing team
