In this essential role, you will be the voice of our brand—connecting with our valued customers daily to resolve inquiries, key orders, and build trust-based relationships over the phone and via email.
In this role, you will be supported with comprehensive training to help you master our operations and grow your career. Your daily mission will focus on these key areas:
Customer Care & Engagement: Manage inbound correspondence and phone calls regarding product inquiries, order status, returns, and quotes. You will also make proactive outbound calls to keep customers informed of order progress.
Order Processing & Accuracy: Key sales orders received via email, online portals, and phone in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Liaise with state-based team members across Australia to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and find the best solutions.
Quality & Continuous Improvement: Execute all administrative and call tasks in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines, contributing to our overall customer experience strategy.
We are looking for a collaborative team player with a positive "can-do" attitude. You will bring:
A Passion for Service: An excellent phone manner and a genuine desire to build positive relationships with customers.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in processing administrative data and managing customer accounts.
Digital Literacy: Computer literate, with proficiency using the Google Workspace suite of applications.
Strong Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise clearly with both clients and internal teams.
Experience (Preferred but not essential): Prior experience in a contact center, sales, or administrative environment is a plus—but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
