
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Care Representative
to join our Client Services team.
Our Customer
Care Representative plays a critical role in this, as the first friendly face parents and kids see when they come into the Learning Links office. Our Client Services team help to set the climate in the office, creating a warm and welcoming environment before sessions commence!
This is full time position in Bella Vista office. The hours of this role are:
Monday - 9.00am - 6.00pm
Tuesday- 10.30am-6.00pm
Wednesday- Non-work day
Thursday - 9.00am -6.00pm
Friday - 9.30am -5.00pm
Saturday- 9.00am -4.30pm.
Your role:
This is a pivotal front-of-house and administrative role where you’ll ensure every customer has a positive and seamless experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for families and stakeholders, providing support via phone, email and in person, while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
We also encourage our Customer Care team to be health, safety, and wellbeing champions,
including by being our trained first aiders. First Aid and CPR training and refreshers will be provided in addition to an allowance.
