About the job:
Executing all the financial related activities related to customers commercials
Reviewing and controlling the logistics cost charged by customers related to transportation activities
Responsible for all the business analytics and the reporting excellence to ensure , timely data flow and continuous performance improvement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Issue the customer sales invoices for local and export markets as per the selling confirmed prices recorded on the system after assuring the physical goods dispatch from Opella locations
Assure full compliance of the application of customer selling term as per contracts already in place between Opella and its customers
Reflect all additional needed data as per the customer or authorities’ requirements to the selling and delivery documents including and not limited to products details, proof of release and additional supporting documents
Follow up on customers returns and assure the financial recording for the values along with issuing the credit notes related to the goods
Review and approve on weekly basis the transportation claims received from the customers after confirming the number of trips per destination and as per agreed rates
Confirm balances with customers on a monthly basis for all transportation activities values along with Credit notes as per the month actuals
Report daily the sales tracking to Trade and revenue and Supply chain showing any delay in trend that might affect the achievement of month targets
Set the sales commercial plans monthly as defined and approved for each product, receive the claims from the customers showing the requested free of charge quantity
Review the actual performance of the customer as per the defined criteria set by the company and review the customer adherence to the set commercial
Work closely with customers on their claims value and resolve any issue related to their claims in term of volume or value inline with the commercial policy and internal controls
Confirm Opella acceptance or rejection of claims and lead the execution till settlement
Create sales orders for free of goods delivery and assure its execution and delivery
Keep a complete recording for each commercial settlement for internal controls and audits purpose as per the company and statuary guidelines
Responsible for the monthly sales recognition in line with Sanofi global guidelines, the local accounting practices and customer term of sales
Responsible for the sales in reporting on daily, weekly & monthly basis
Issuing all Opella SI invoices for hospital & Retail customers
About You
SAP Super User
Advanced Excel Skills – Macro’s

Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously

Bachelor degree in accounting or Business Administration
5 years in similar position with direct relation to customers
Very good understanding of overall company processes & organization Must be able to operate transversely and have good
