Customer Care Officer
We are a fast-growing FinTech/PropTech company and a market leader in secure invoicing solutions for the real estate industry. Our platform empowers real estate agencies to offer their clients—sellers, landlords, and others—flexible pay-now or pay-later options.
As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll join our dedicated team to assist real estate agencies using our platform and support their clients with invoicing and pay-later applications. Once short-term loans are originated, you’ll manage your own loan portfolio, guiding customers through repayments, and enquiries with care and clarity.
You’ll also provide support to real estate agency staff, ensuring they can make the most of our platform. While exposure to consumer finance/lending or real estate is a bonus, the key to success is your ability to connect with customers and your passion for delivering exceptional service.
