For our Medical Technology & Microscopy division in Romania, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Customer Care team.

As Customer Care Specialist, you …

  • process service orders, spare parts orders, and customer offers, ensuring timely invoicing and tracking.

  • maintain and update the installed base in the CRM database.

  • handle tender processes, including preparing technical and financial offers in collaboration with internal teams.

  • coordinate delivery, installation, and handover of equipment and services.

  • support audits and administrative tasks related to service activities (e.g., ISO processes, stock inventory).

You´ve come to the right place in our team if you have …

  • a high school diploma or higher education, preferably with an economic background.

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in order administration and logistics within an international environment.

  • strong business knowledge, including understanding of business processes, accounting, and commercial contexts.

  • proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (ideally SAP), CRM tools, and Salesforce.

  • native Romanian skills and proficient English (written and spoken).

  • excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service focus.

  • the ability to work independently, precisely, and in a structured way within a complex environment.

  • resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to a constantly changing working environment.
