Our client, nestled in the heart of Bury, is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a talented Customer Care Manager to join their team. • Salary £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience).
• Flexible Hours 40 hours per week - Flexi options available 7.00am - 10.00am starts available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the customer care team
• Handle customer enquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Oversee the allocation and scheduling of jobs to the engineers
• Liaise with the engineers to provide them with information and resources
• Maintain and build strong relationships with customers and clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications And Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proficient in using various IT applications and systems, such as Microsoft Office, CRMs etc.
• Skilled in establishing rapport and trust with customers, clients, and colleagues of diverse backgrounds and personalities
• Comfortable and effective in communicating verbally over the phone, delivering clear and courteous communication
• Adaptable and resilient in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
