As a Customer Care Coordinator within our Supply Chain Customer Care Team, you'll be responsible for coordinating sales processes and providing comprehensive after-sales support, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the Sales Team in daily operations and strategic initiatives

  • Manage and execute regular customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

  • Handle fulfilment of orders for products from target/intervention import programs

  • Provide comprehensive after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Department Manager to optimise processes

  • Generate, develop, and maintain sales and performance reports for leadership

  • Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Sales Team

  • Serve as a key point of contact for external clients, managing challenging situations with professionalism

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to drive business results

  • Mentor and guide Sales Team members to enhance their performance and development

About you

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar coordination, customer service, or sales operations role (preferred)

  • Proven track record of working with challenging clients and resolving complex situations

Soft and Technical Skills:

  • Strong information synthesis skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

  • Very good knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution module)

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workload effectively

  • Ability to set priorities for self and team members

  • Proactive mindset with commitment to continuous learning

  • Independence in problem-solving and seeking innovative solutions

  • Strong team collaboration skills

  • Communicative English language proficiency

Education:

  • Higher education degree required
