Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lodge new claims via phone, email, or digital channels
  • Make liability assessments and sound decisions
  • Meet individual and team KPIs
  • Handle customer objections and resolve escalations
  • Ensure customers are supported throughout the process
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Work cross-functionally to support successful outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
  • Ability to manage client issues (insurance, repair delays, policy matters, etc.)
  • Confident in decision-making, problem solving, and documentation
  • Experience in claims, credit hire, or insurance (preferred) What We Offer
