YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Trade Store Customer Care Consultant based in Newman to join our supportive and high-performing team.

You’ll play a key role in creating great customer experiences, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly—all while being part of a team that truly values safety, collaboration, and growth.

This is a permanent, full-time position with the following schedule:

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm
  • Alternate: Saturdays, 8.30am to 11.30am

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers
  • Provide advice and solutions across our range of industrial products
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented shopfront
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service
  • Champion safety and contribute to a positive team culture

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in customer service (retail or trade environment highly regarded)
  • A strong customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great service
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence using computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
