Deine Aufgaben:
Du berätst Kunden zu Mauten in Europa sowie deren Abrechnungsmöglichkeiten und klärst dabei auch Registrierungs- und Abrechnungsdetails mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern
Du führst Bestellungen, Registrierungsabwicklungen sowie
Reklamations- und Retourenhandling durch
Du definierst und stimmst Mautprozesse von bestehenden und neuen Mautsystemen ab
Du arbeitest eng mit allen beteiligten Kooperationspartnern sowie Lieferanten entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
zusammen
Du erstellst und aktualisierst Prozessdokumentationen
Dein Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
Idealerweise Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Maut, Transport- und Logistikwesen sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der
professionellen Kundenberatung oder im Mautservice
Ausgeprägte Servicementalität sowie lösungs- und kunden-
orientiertes Handeln
Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
