Do you love helping customers and solving problems? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our close‑knit team in Gladstone, QLD

In this full-time role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—supporting a growing customer base, finding smart solutions, and making a real difference every day. You’ll be empowered by a supportive manager and team who will help you sharpen your customer service skills, confidently handle enquiries and escalations, and turn challenges into positive outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver friendly, helpful service to customers via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Take ownership of enquiries, responding promptly and resolving issues end to end
  • Review customer sales history to understand needs and identify value‑add opportunities
  • Build strong relationships by providing informed, tailored solutions
  • Keep customers up to date with relevant products, services, and updates

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a high-volume or customer service environment (call centre experience a bonus, not essential)
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working both independently and within a small team
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
