We're on the hunt for a new Customer Care Consultant to join our team based in Canning Vale WA! Step into this role and become the reliable voice our customers trust.

With the support of our dedicated management and team, you'll enhance your customer service skills, tackle issues and escalations, and apply your problem-solving techniques to achieve quick and successful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers – in person and via phone/email
  • Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Striving for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives
  • Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset to anticipate and problem solve
  • Effective computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
