About the Role
As part of our North Sydney team, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need clear guidance and reassurance during a challenging moment. You’ll receive full training — no prior industry experience required.

I’m In The Right is a nationwide company that specialises in accident management solutions providing drivers who aren’t at fault with like-for-like replacement vehicles and end-to-end accident management assistance, with costs recovered from the at fault parties insurer.
We are able to do this because the party at fault is required by law to cover the not-at-fault party’s reasonable costs associated with a car accident, including the cost of hiring a like-for-like replacement vehicle and vehicle repairs.
Alongside providing the not-at-fault party with a like-for-like replacement vehicle, we also facilitate that not at fault parties' vehicle assessment and repairs.
