Iron Mountainis seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Associateto join our Customer Careteam. In this critical role, you will be responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for our valued clients across all North America, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

What You’ll Do :

In this role, you will:

  • Resolvecustomer queries and intricate issues related to secure storage, information management, and logistics services, providing accurate information and proactive, personalized solutions.

  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders by investigating service disruptions and complex customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.

  • Manageclient records by accurately documenting all customer interactions, resolutions, and necessary follow-up actions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experiencein a customer service or call center environment.

  • Strong knowledgeof customer service best practices, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven abilityto utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Pay rate : 22.00 $ per hour.

Reasonably expected salary range: $44,100.00 - $55,100.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
