Join Our Team as a Fixed-Term Customer Support Associate (Voice) As a Customer Support Associate specializing in voice interactions, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, engaging with them over the phone to provide clear, empathetic, and tailored solutions. What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
  • Deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs, including repayment support where required
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure effective resolutions and continuous improvement
  • Meet performance and quality targets while maintaining exceptional service standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Graduated SHS or equivalent
  • Experience in BPO is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle multiple requests while staying efficient and organized
  • Prior experience in email or chat support is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
  • A people-first mindset with genuine empathy for customers
