Customer Service Associate

As our Customer Service Associate you will love helping people on a daily basis, it’s in your DNA. Taking phone calls and responding to queries over an email will be at the core of your daily tasks, but it will be a rewarding day as the work you do helps transform the hearing experience of millions of people which will give you meaning.

More about the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound queries via phone, email and eStore.

  • Investigating, resolving or escalating all customer complaints in a timely fashion.

  • Developing a close working relationship with customers.

  • Working closely with and supporting the regional sales team to deliver exceptional customer experience

  • Processing consignment stock if required.

  • Making outbound calls regarding orders, repairs, new orders and production to clinics and customers.

More about you:

  • Experience working in a customer service/call centre role.

  • Experience working in a fast pace and dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with an outstanding customer-centric approach.

  • Empathetic, dynamic and outgoing with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.

  • A mindset which is supportive and allows you to ‘walk in our customer’s shoes'.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills whilst working under pressure.

  • The ability and willingness to take initiative.

  • A reliable, punctual, loyal and willingness to be part of a team attitude.

  • Experience in the medical industry, with Salesforce and SAP would be an advantage.
