Job Description

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Graduate of Senior High School or High School (Old Curriculum)

  • Willing and excited to work onsite in San Mateo, Rizal

  • Open to a shifting schedule, including graveyard shifts

  • Has a valid NBI Clearance ( Applicants with NBI will be prioritized!)

Your Qualifications & Skills:

We’re looking for team members who bring positive energy and top-notch skills:

  • Excellent English communication—spoken and written

  • Great with people and a natural problem-solver

  • Proficient in MS Office and web applications

  • Fast and accurate typing, sharp comprehension, and top multitasking abilities

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced support environment

  • Previous BPO experience is a plus—but not required!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via voice and non-voice platforms (calls and chats)

  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to assist customers with speed and accuracy

  • Make outbound calls when needed and tailor-fit solutions to customer needs

  • Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, and services in a clear, helpful manner

  • Recommend, upsell, and cross-sell cutting-edge communication products

  • Follow standard procedures to solve issues thoroughly and efficiently

  • Build strong customer relationships with empathy and professionalism

  • Handle payment negotiations and collections with care and respect

  • Perform both voice and non-voice support tasks as part of a dynamic, blended role
