Job Description
As data-driven decision making becomes increasingly vital, the Customer Care team faces growing demands for insightful analytics. The ideal candidate will be a skilled analyst capable of navigating diverse data sources, integrating complex information, and recommending impactful processes and system improvements. By leveraging these abilities, this position will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and providing leadership with strategic insights into account management, ultimately fostering superior outcomes for the entire organization.
Major Responsibilities:
- Synthesize billing and contractual data to drive decision making and recommend key areas of focus.
- Maintain and develop queries to extract data from various systems.
- Identify QCs and current manual processes that could be automated or improved.
- Independently identify operational metrics and other potential solutions and systems that could benefit the organization.
- Provide forecasts and ad hoc analysis. Document new solutions.
- Liaise with other teams across the organization to understand how billing and contract data can assist in driving strategies to better support our customers.
- Conduct report outs for senior management based on key data points. Provide recommendations and collaborate with process owners.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics or other related fields required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Billing, Data Mining and Analytics experience or other applicable role.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Access, SQL and Qlik knowledge preferred
- Presentation and project management experience preferred.
- Ability to synthesize data from disparate resources and recognize trends.
- Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend potential business strategy adjustments.
- Ability to prioritize and meet key deadlines, multi-task, handle multiple projects, etc.
- Analyzes complex information and presents it in a way that is easy to understand
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
