Job Description

MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

The Customer Care Officer provides responsive and efficient onboarding and renewal after-sales support to clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day transactions and satisfaction with MediCard services. This role is key in maintaining client relationships through timely document processing, issue resolution, and coordination with internal departments.1. Client Support and Relationship Management
•Provides efficient service to newly onboarded and existing accounts by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests via email and call.
•Conducts regular account visits and ensures client satisfaction through proactive engagement and resolution of concerns.
2. Document Preparation and Processing
•Prepares and monitors the timely release of renewal documents such as proposals, contracts, IC/AML requirements
•Fill out/draft other renewal renewal forms (CDD, ADS, SEF, MF)
•Coordinates with internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
3. Product Orientation and Client Education
•Facilitates product orientation sessions for clients in the absence of the Orientation Specialist.
•Ensures clients understand their healthcare benefits and processes.
4. Records Management and Reporting
•Maintains organized and updated centralized files for all client accounts.
•Prepares reports and updates as needed for internal tracking and client reference.
5. Coordination and Internal Communication
•Collaborates with various departments to address client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery (e.g Billing, Contracts, renewal proposal)
•Acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
