Your Everyday at Nexi
As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Krakow. Together, we work on serving Nexi Nordic Corporate customers.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will work on:

  • Telephone support for business customers and partners
  • Written support in Email and Chat of business customers and partners.
  • Case management/varying administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Process and communication assistance for colleagues.
  • Work in one of the following topics: Invoicing, Terminals or Acquiring.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently on tasks and cases
  • Quality orientation and drive for providing an excellent customer service experience
  • Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written)
