  • Support Danish SME customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot issues related to card terminals, self‑service portals, and account management
  • Handle administrative tasks (customer data updates, invoice questions, etc.)
  • Report and follow up on technical incidents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Use CRM, ERP, and other systems to deliver high‑quality service
What You Bring
  • Fluent Danish (spoken & written)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication abilities
  • Comfort working with digital tools and reporting technical issues
  • Proactive, organized, and quality‑driven approach
  • Nice to have: experience in customer service, fintech interest, or contact center background
