About the Job:

As a Customer Care Agent (German Speaker), you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Your role will involve responding to enquiries via email and live chat, assisting with payments and orders, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction. This position is vital to maintaining the company's commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred service while continuously improving customer care processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing enquiries via email and live chat promptly and professionally.

  • Assist customers with payments, order processing, and general questions related to their dermatological treatments.

  • Analyse customer service trends and collaborate with teams such as Medical, Product Management, and Business Development.

  • Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.

  • Provide insights and ideas to optimise the customer experience based on feedback and common concerns.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience, even in high-pressure situations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in dermatology, healthcare, or beauty is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new digital tools.

  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to provide an outstanding customer experience.

  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial, but candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
