We are currently looking for a Customer Care Agent reporting to the Customer Care Manager for LDS business on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
This position is based at our Royston site in the UK and requires fluency in English. The role follows a hybrid working model, however the successful candidate will be expected to be onsite for training during the first couple of months to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
You will be part of a dynamic team that is connected to a larger global organization. You'll interact with customers from various industries and regions, collaborate across borders, and work closely with our factories primarily in the UK.
