About the Role
We are seeking customer-focused individual with call centre experience to join our customer care team as a Customer Care Agent specialising in proactively engaging with our valued customers. This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity located at our Acacia Ridge branch which will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier support and assistance.
Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, you will:
Proactively engage our customers via outbound calls at key moments of the ownership of their CAT machines
Walk the customer through our digital ecosystem and ensure they are setup to succeed to self-serve where possible
Maintain customer records and interactions within the CRM tool
Manage large numbers of customer enquiries across multiple channels
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and triage to correct personnel within the business unit
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers and internal stakeholders by using the right methods/tools predefined
Ensure accurate and complete records of all customer interactions

About You
A successful teammate will have:
Demonstrated experience working within a call centre
Qualifications in Business/Office Administration or equivalent experience desirable
Proven customer and stakeholder engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and confidence
Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office, systems and data bases
