About the Role

As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in need, offering assistance in challenging situations such as roadside emergencies, travel disruptions, or other service requests. Your role will be essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Front Office Support: Handle inbound calls and provide quick, accurate, and empathetic assistance to customers.
  • Back Office Coordination: Collaborate with partners to organize services such as roadside assistance, emergency transport, or travel arrangements.
  • Follow-Up & Customer Care: Ensure customers receive ongoing support by arranging additional services (e.g., car rentals, vehicle repatriation) and conducting follow-up calls.

  • Comprehensive Training: A structured 4-6 month training program with hands-on practice and dedicated trainer support to set you up for success.

  • Flexible Work Hours: Shifts between 08:00–23:00, Monday to Sunday, with night shifts and weekend work after training. Schedules are flexible and set in collaboration with your team leader.

What We’re Looking For

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Advanced level (C1 or higher) in English (mandatory).
    • Advanced level (C1 or higher) in at least one additional foreign language (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.)
  • Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding service.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and partners.
  • Resilience: Calm, professional, and solution-oriented, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, once fully trained.
