Job Description

Position Title: Customer Care Advocate

Location: Noida

The Customer Service Advocate provides essential support across pre/post-sales, ensuring smooth order management, timely service scheduling, and effective customer communication. This role involves handling inquiries, managing orders and returns, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records, problem-solving skills, communication are key to success

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding orders, returns, replacements, and equipment details.
• Order / RMA maintenance, supply schedules, and customer/distributor coordination.
• Schedule calls and follow up on service requests.
• Handle requests for company materials and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of returns, pricing updates, and order changes.
• Ensure timely communication with customers/partners/stakeholders.
• Handle customer calls, email and phone calls with promised turnaround time.

The Essentials - SKILL

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

 Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

 Ability to work collaboratively across teams

 Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

 Basic Knowledge in excel and Power BI

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Additional certifications in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or CRM tools are a plus
• Prior experience in customer support or order management preferred, 3 ~ 4 years.
