About Us:

CARe is the newest entrant within the field of Collision and Accident Repair Expertise, bringing an innovative approach to the supply chain for drivable repairs and delivering efficient quality outcomes for our customers. In partnership with industry leading insurers, CARe has a strong business model and further expansion opportunities on the horizon.

CARe is focused on developing new technologies that will change and enhance the customer offering and delivering a new and innovative way to manage the End to End Claims and Repair Experience.

We're currently seeking a part-time Customer CARe Advisor to join us on a fixed-term parental leave contract. Working across our Thomastown and Tullamarine locations, you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their repair journey and delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This is an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension, working a consistent schedule of:

  • Monday + Tuesday: 700 am - 3.30 pm (Tullamarine)
  • Wednesday: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (Thomastown)

About the role:

As the key point of contact for our customers, you'll help guide them through the repair process while ensuring they feel informed, supported and valued every step of the way.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service throughout the repair journey
  • Managing customer enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their repairs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Liaising with insurance companies as required
  • Monitoring bookings and customer schedules to meet business needs
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment

About You:

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • IT literacy and competency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different software systems
  • A positive, proactive and professional approach
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Automotive or insurance industry experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Must be a Permanent Resident or hold appropriate Australian working rights
