As a Customer Care Advisor - Investments (Bilingual), you will be the voice of Scotiabank, delivering exceptional service to clients across Canada. You will support customers with investment and banking inquiries, provide advice-based solutions, resolve account concerns, and help clients make the most of Scotiabank's products, services, and digital banking tools.
Working in a fast-paced Client Experience Centre environment, you will build meaningful customer relationships while adhering to regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and Scotiabank's commitment to service excellence.

• Deliver exceptional bilingual (English/French) customer service by supporting clients with investment and banking-related inquiries.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying needs and providing suitable solutions that support their financial goals.
• Resolve customer inquiries accurately while adhering to regulatory requirements, policies, and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
Do You Have the Skills That Will Enable You to Succeed in This Role? We'd Love to Work With You If You Have:
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, banking, financial services, contact centres, or a related environment.
• Strong problem-solving, active listening, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• The ability to navigate multiple systems, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) certification, Canadian Securities Course (CSC), or a willingness to obtain licensing as required.
Knowledge of investment products, wealth management, or financial services.
Understanding of mutual fund industry regulations and CIRO requirements is an asset.

Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Training Requirements
Successful candidates must be available to attend a mandatory and comprehensive 8-week paid training program designed to provide the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the role.
Work Schedule & Availability
We are seeking candidates with flexibility to work within our operating hours. Scheduled shifts may vary based on business needs and can occur at any time during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET
Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts within these hours, including evenings and Saturdays as required.
