Recruitment Process
The whole process can move quite quickly depending on how responsive you are. Each step builds on the last:
Online application (5 mins)
Call with one of the Talent Tent team to go over the role (10 mins)
Follow up video call with Talent Tent to assess your experience in more depth (30 mins)
Client onsite interview (60 mins)
We'll need to see proof of your right to work in the UK as part of the process.

We’re Talent Tent. We fill the roles that keep financial services, insurance and travel moving, at scale, in regulated environments.
We specialise in volume recruitment for contact centres and customer operations. Your world moves quickly: SLAs to hit, compliance to get right, and too many fires to fight. We take the tactical workload off your plate so you can focus on the strategic work you’re actually paid to do.
How we’re different
• Consistency you can count on with one accountable lead who knows your business and gets things done.
• Only people we’d hire ourselves. We speak with every candidate properly before you see them; attendance and on-the-job performance go up when quality goes up.
• Useful insight, not vanity metrics. Reporting that helps you spot trends and decide what to do next, fast.
Who we help
Heads of Recruitment, TA teams, Contact Centre leaders, and HR/Ops who are done with supplier-chasing and revolving doors. If ghosting, no-shows and short-stayers are sapping momentum (and money), we’ll help you build teams that stick.
What you can expect
Higher interview attendance, stronger performance through to hire, and fewer “start from scratch” moments. That’s why regulated brands choose us as a partner, not just another agency.
