The Position: We are seeking a customer care administrator to join our team in Balikpapan on a FT M-F basis. This dynamic role will see you be integral in supporting the growth of our business in the APAC region

This position is newly created to bridge the gap between customer request and operational efficiency between sales, logistics and finance. The role is responsible for managing customer orders and inquires, through triage, order allocation, purchase order coordination and invoice management.

The responsibilities may include, not limited to the following

• Order Intake & Quotation support
• Contract Administration
• Compliance & client Portal Administration
• System Administration
• Finance and invoice management

In addition, we are looking for the following skills and attributes

• Background in contract, finance, logistics or high-volume administration inc of portal, finance and order management
• Prior experience in high volume administration, with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrates proactive and initiative in supporting customers or business improvement activities
• Ability to build positive, collaborative working relationships across diverse stakeholder group
• Prior experience in time sensitive environment, ability to navigate multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated skills in English both written and verbal
