Job Description
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Know basic customer inquiries: vessel schedules, tariff rates and others
Assists customer with replacement of orders, refunds and others
Track and trace shipments as required. Ensuring timely movement and delivery status of freight to destination.
Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits.
Recommend potential service to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Will conduct booking and pre-advise
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
A graduate of a 4-year degree course
At least 2 years experience as a costumer service representative
Amenable to work on Monday-Saturday working schedule
Willing to work in Manila Office
Can work under pressure and follow instructions
Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must have reliable working attitude
