Descripción del empleo

Nexo entre el área comercial, operaciones y el cliente que garantiza la ejecución e integridad de los servicios entregados desde su aceptación hasta la facturación y cobro, así como garantizar la fidelidad de los clientes por medio de seguimiento oportuno a los servicios.

Requisitos

Licenciatura, ingeniería, técnico o a fin en Administración de empresas (terminada, trunca o pasante preferentemente).

Conocimientos básicos en el área.

EXPERIENCIA.-

Informática: Windows. A

Idiomas: Inglés (Medio). B

Manejo de Software: Excel. B

Conocimiento básico de Sistemas de Gestión de calidad. B

Información adicional

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares

Inglés Avanzado (Indispensable)
