About this Role
Carrier Controls designs, develops, and manufacturers control solutions for the HVAC, refrigeration, and related markets globally. Carrier is seeking a Customer Business Manager to be based in Syracuse, NY. The Customer Business Manager will manage a team and be responsible for all
aspects of this segment and will provide focused direction for customer support, new product introduction and organizational execution. The available opportunity is a critical and comprehensive role within Carrier’s fast-paced and growing Commercial HVAC market. It requires a self-directed leader for achieving and exceeding product and business growth targets while simultaneously driving improved quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead communication with all levels of customers to drive customer satisfaction
Work closely with operations to drive financial performance through operational excellence
Drive growth through NPD execution for Commercial HVAC products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of experience in customer product support or new product introduction
